Pros:	It's Cheap
Cons:	Extremely Rough - not a precision instrument cut grille

Extremely rough cut, low Res photo displayed that does not show bad cut job. you either have to file the edges or paint it to hide/fix the rough cut edges. Just poor quality work you don't find out about until you open the box.
