Had to mod it a little to get it to fit.

Had to mod it a little to get it to fit. It came an inch too wide and the ears hit my seat and would not allow it to bolt down. Had to shave off over 1/4 inch from the mounting ears that bolt under the seat. Could have returned it for a refund. They were nice...but I just modded it a bit myself.
